Information

NeroForce buffing blades are manufactured and hardened using an innovative, new process. The blanks, which are punched from high-quality High Carbon Steel, are hardened in a special device in which each individual blade is fixed. This hardening process differs significantly from the conventional roughing blade manufacturing process used by competitors. The difference can be seen in the application: a much longer service life and more effective performance.

The selected blade NF GEM II-R4 fits into the R-4 Rasp (International): Ø 9" / 211mm with 4 segments with 3 pins per segment: Ø 1/4" / 6.35mm.

 

RECOMMENDATION BY THE EXPERT: 
This special buffing blade is a combination of the R4-20 & R4-25 blade. I.e. it has wide teeth/spacing as used on the R4-20 but also finer teeth/spacing as used on the R4-25 blade. This gives a very good service life due to the stronger teeth, as well as a fine texture as with blades with finer teeth or higher tooth index.  Especially for fast-running buffing machines as well as when buffing long-distance TBR tyres, this is an outstanding buffing blade.
