NeroForce Buffing Blades are made of High Carbon Steel and hardened in a new and innovative process, during which each blade is placed individually in a custom rack, for a completely homogenous temperature exposure. This procedure is completely different from the standard process, employed by our competitors.

As a result, NeroForce buffing blades achieve a significantly longer service life, i.e. significantly more tyres can be buffed with one set of blades than was previously possible with conventionally manufactured blades.
